Job Description

Project Planning & Delivery
• Own project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple site builds and
redesigns
• Create and maintain project trackers (Asana boards, Smartsheets, or equivalent)
• Coordinate kickoff, design reviews, QA, UAT feedback, and launch milestones
• Manage dependencies, identify risks, and communicate mitigation plans
• Ensure on-time delivery of sites that meet quality, design, and governance
standards
Stakeholder Coordination
• Serve as the main operational point of contact for business partners and internal
stakeholders
• Draft and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items
• Follow up on deliverables and drive accountability across teams
• Support leadership communications (status updates, project summaries,
dashboards)
Resource & Workflow Management
• Track team capacity (designers, builders) and manage workload assignments
• Flag resourcing constraints and propose solutions
• Support intake and prioritization by helping triage and scope incoming site requests
Governance & Process Support
• Ensure adherence to Home governance policies and editorial standards
• Track completion of site owner audits and sign-off forms
• Maintain version-controlled documentation and templates
• Partner with the product manager to operationalize process improvements

• Ecosystem projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal
escalations
• The product manager is freed from daily coordination and can focus on strategy,
innovation, and roadmap planning
• Stakeholders receive clear, proactive communication and feel confident in delivery
timelines
• Project documentation, governance tracking, and reporting are consistent and
reliable
• The Ecosystem pillar runs like a well-oiled delivery machine supporting scalable

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 Years of experience, Strong project management fundamentals (Kanban or hybrid delivery models)
• Experience managing digital or web-based projects (ideally intranet, SharePoint, or
SaaS platforms like Unily)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple
concurrent site builds and redesigns
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (Asana, or Microsoft Project, Excel)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — can engage
confidently with business partners, IT, and content owners
• Experience collaborating with UX/design and development teams
• Analytical mindset — able to track project metrics, summarize outcomes, and
identify efficiency opportunities
• Comfortable managing shared resources (designers, contractors, editors) and
balancing workload
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) — understanding publishing
workflows and governance requirements
• Experience documenting and improving processes
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through — anticipates issues, mitigates risks, and
closes loops
• Team-first collaborator — organized, proactive, and calm under pressure

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Unily, SharePoint, or similar intranet SaaS environments
• Understanding of digital governance, accessibility, and content lifecycle best
practices
• Knowledge of enterprise communication and digital workplace ecosystems
