A client is launching a strategic Control Tower initiative to centralize transportation visibility across 11 MedTech distribution sites. This program integrates a newly implemented 4PL and Gateway system to unify disparate carrier platforms and provide real-time tracking and analytics. The Assistant Project Manager will support global PMs in executing program management activities, with a strong focus on change management, stakeholder communication, and logistics analytics.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination or program support roles
Background in supply chain, transportation, or logistics operations
Proficiency in Excel (data tracking, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (executive decks)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting change management initiatives; certification preferred (e.g., Prosci)
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
