The Manager, Technology Delivery Commercial Loan Servicing will build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and guide the successful delivery of technology solutions across three core commercial servicing platforms. This leader will manage a cross-functional team of technologists, provide oversight for application migrations and ACH conversion efforts, and ensure service excellence across ACBS, nCino onboarding, payments, and commercial treasury workflows. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth ACBS knowledge, technical fluency, and a proactive leadership style to drive complex deliverables in a high-impact financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of servicing-related technology initiatives, including migrations from Shaw to ACBS
Manage technical teams working on backend development, API integration, and data movement
Oversee servicing modules, data systems, onboarding capabilities (nCino), and payments/treasury integrations
Translate business needs into effective technical execution, ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance
Act as a strategic liaison between servicing operations and delivery teams
Foster vendor relationships and manage external application partners where applicable
Advocate for and implement operational improvements that enhance the technology divisions value
