The Engineer develops and maintains technical solutions that adhere to engineering and architectural design principles while meeting business requirements. This role will focus on the directory's infrastructure with products such as Microfocus eDirectory, and Microsoft Active Directory. They will provide technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security; includes planning, evaluating, recommending, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards. Main duties include the below:
-Develop, integrate, script deployments and functional testing
-Monitoring and performance measurements
-Apply governance policy
-Provide infrastructure and data troubleshooting
-Partner with Operations and other teams to automatically integrate with appropriate tools and processes as part of automated/self-serve application, platform or infrastructure releases.
-Patch current eDirectory environment

-5-7+ years of Microfocus eDirectory engineering experience
-Working knowledge of Microfocus eDirectory, and Microsoft Active Directory 2019+
-Experience with scripting - Ansible, Shell, Bash, or Python
-Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LDAP queries
-Experience with Quest products (Active Roles, Recovery Manager)
-Experience with Microsoft Group policy management
