Job Description
The Regulatory Reporting Financial Analyst role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing complex regulatory financial schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements, particularly for FR Y-14 reports to the Federal Reserve Bank.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze, investigate and document variances during the preparation of FR Y-14 M/Q schedules submitted to the Federal Reserve Bank
• Execute key reporting and process controls, including period-over-period trends, variance analysis, edit checks and cross report reconciliations.
• Effectively work with multiple lines of business as necessary to complete and timely report submissions
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Other ad hoc duties within the Regulatory Reporting and Compliance team

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required
• Advanced degree, CPA or CFA is preferred
Certifications Required: No
Years of Overall Experience: • 5-7 years
How will performance be measured: Deadline focused
Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background:
Accounting, finance or banking related experience in industry or public accounting
1.) • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
2.) Experience in financial services industry with exposure to regulatory reporting
3.) Experience with Business Intelligence solutions (Example: Alteryx, Tableau) and regulatory reporting solutions
