Job Description

Traveling from to sites within an hour and a half radius of Allentown, PA.
Routine quality control test procedures including concrete and nuclear moisture / density testing
Becoming familiar with reading and understanding applicable construction plans and specifications
Preparation and submission of daily reports
Interact with clients, contractors, and other design professionals
Attendance at job site related meetings
Performance of testing in our soils and construction materials testing laboratories

Required Skills & Experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass drug test.
Personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as a team member, maintaining composure, and working effectively in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Able to use a company provided laptop or tablet computer and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Organization and multi-tasking ability.
A good work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of personal integrity.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Construction-related training or technical training desirable
Certifications in Concrete and Soil desirable
