Insight Global is looking for a Director of Patient Accounting for a large healthcare system in South Jersey. This person will be replacing someone who has been in the role for several years that is retiring. This person will oversee over 100 people with approximately 6 direct reports. This person will oversee the patient accounting team as well as surgery scheduling. The direct reports are Manager of Managed Care, Surgical Servies, Manager of Authorizations/Referrals, Manager of Cash, Manager of Government side, Manager of the Denial team. They will be responsible for management as well as hands on responsibilities in billing and collections. In addition, they will be communicating with stakeholders and outside vendors. This team is known for being the #1 team in Rev Cycle/Finance nationwide for several years. This role is fully onsite. Open to candidates looking to relocate, relocation packages are negotiable.

Required Skills & Experience
• EPIC Experience
• 7 years of Patient Accounting and Management experience
• Previous Director Level Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be comfortable working 5 days a week onsite- the entire team works onsite
• Strong people skills-heavy management role- 60% management, 40% billing and collections
