This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Adobe Workfront platform, used across 125+ business lines for workflow and project management. The administrator will support 14 core workflow processes, including change management, and serve as a key liaison between technical teams and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Workfront system, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on assistance to users (e.g., feature navigation, button location).
Conduct demos and walkthroughs of new features and system improvements.
Collaborate with end users and executives to gather feedback and translate ideas into actionable system enhancements.
Lead the full lifecycle of process improvementsfrom ideation and design to deployment and ongoing support.
Partner with process owners to implement changes and drive continuous improvement across workflows.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in workflow/process design and system administration.
Comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day troubleshooting.

-Experience as a Fusion developer or Workfront system admin or any other Adobe certification
-3 + years of experience with Workfront Fusion automation tool to be able to code different modules
