*REMOTE* Business Systems Analyst - Mainframe

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a full-time opportunity with a large Financial Services client. This person will join the Mainframe team at the bank and be responsible for communicating with programmers to ensure understanding of business processes and requirements of the users. They will also work with programmers to ensure that the delivered system matches the specified features and functions. This BSA will be one of the sole owners of the FIS (Fidelity Information Services) ALS application, and must have prior experience as a BSA in this space. They will develop test plans and test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements. Lastly, this BSA is responsible for guiding the implementation of new system installs, upgrades and conversions, and will document selected system parameters, file layouts and application design layouts.

- 7+ years BSA experience
- 3+ years experience working with FIS ALS (Advanced Lending System) application
- Experience working within a Mainframe/COBOL environment
- Basic understanding of COBOL
- Experience using File-aid
- Experience leading business and technical meetings
- Experience writing/executing Easytrieve programs

Knowledge / experience with the following technical skills
- TSO/ISPF
- CAVIEW
- PDS & Application Datasets: Ability to read, copy, create
SDSF options (Understanding and functionality)
