Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of their top financial clients in the Tri-State area. This individual will be joining the Digital Analytics group and will be responsible for driving marketing analytics to support a new digital product launch. Leveraging their technical background, this person will analyze different clean marketing data to help predict target audiences, consumer engagement, product enhancements and overall how to optimize the success of this go live. This person is joining a small team of four who all own different verticals, so we do need someone who can thrive independently as needed. This person will also present all findings to non-technical users, and high level executives in marketing and product, so solid communication and understanding of cross functional partnerships is needed. Any exposure to supporting digital products is a plus as well.
Starting salary begins at $100K. Exact and total compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years experience within data analytics, ideally within marketing analytics
-Strong experience with SQL and Python for analysis
-Strong Tableau at minimum, PowerBI preferred for reporting and dashboards
-Excellent communication skills – should be able to work with non technical users and high level stake holders to interpret finding

-Financial industry/banking exposure
-Experience with R
-Experience with Snowflake
-Experience supporting digital products
