Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to join one of their top financial clients in the tri-state area. This individual will be joining the Salesforce Platform Engineering team, joining two other Production Support Engineers focused on triaging various incidents logged by business users. As a number of new technical projects are underway, the team expects an increase in L1-L2 tickets, and is seeking to add an engineer to the team, well versed in Salesforce that can remediate issues as needed. This person should understand basic administrative responsibilities within Salesforce, and understand how to escalate as needed to development.
