Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for enabling high quality business analytics solutions in an Agile context that deliver valued business outcomes and informed decisions for one of our large healthcare client's key stakeholders. The Business Analyst serves as bridge to facilitate clear and open communication between Business Owners, Product and Technical Partners. This role provides a major contribution to enhancing the team's overall capacity to meet the information technology needs of an ever-changing healthcare market.

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in a field related to medical coding and medical claims and/or healthcare revenue cycle management

· Understanding of healthcare EDI and healthcare consumer engagement preferred

· Health care experience in Revenue Cycle Preferred Highly organized and results driven

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

· Excellent attention to detail to assess issues and resolve in a timely manner

· Ability to identify key factors and decisions that will make a project successful

· Ability to see the big picture and learn new processes, technologies and envision how they could benefit Zelis

· Project Management skills and software proficiency

· Strong group facilitation and presentation skills.

· Ability to work through others without direct supervisory responsibility within departments and across the organization and with outside vendors

· Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interfaces with the all stakeholders

· Documentation skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products
