Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant for sales coordination and support.

Day to day calendar management and scheduling
Weekly documentation and submission of expenses
Create Quarterly Business Reviews and partner with internal teams to leverage insights and data
Create running tracking and organization methods for data
Performing ad hoc project-related duties as requested
Properly format documents for submission to internal systems
Place orders and reservations for client and consultant lunches/dinners, schedule deliveries and plan accordingly to amount of people in attendance to event
Partner with Engagement Resource Manager to organize larger program events

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in an administrative role
Knowledge of Excel, Outlook
Excellent calendar management skills and proficient in email etiquette
Experience working in a CRM
Extremely organized, proactive, and urgent
Strongly detail oriented and ability to create processes for making tasks more efficient
Knowledge of quarterly business reviews
Great communication skills

Data analysis and financial reporting
