Job Description

The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing employee benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This role serves as a strategic advisor on benefits-related matters, leveraging data insights and system expertise to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will also serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert (SME) in the HCM Benefits module, working in close partnership with HRIS, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in benefits analysis and administration.
Extensive HCM experience, specifically Dayforce, with a strong focus on Benefits configuration, data management, and reporting.
Expertise in employee benefits regulations and compliance (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key trends and insights from complex information.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP).
Experience managing retiree benefits and third-party vendors.
Familiarity with metrics and KPIs for benefit program evaluation.
