This lead will be responsible for DTC operations and our DTC Platforms, operationalizing the platforms in line with the company's overall goals and objectives to grow our eCommerce business. The key to the strategic vision is to prioritize operational excellence and drive a roadmap to deliver fit for purpose tech solutions to enable commercial, brand, product and engineering goals, capabilities, and processes. This role will concentrate on the Order Management System (OMS) and branch out into other areas of the ecommerce tech stack and channels as needed, including ERP, Marketplace, Drop Ship, and other emerging platforms/ channels.

- 3-6 years' experience in Platforms and Product Management in an agile development environment with exposure to relevant product areas and highly complex features
- Attention to the details and ensuring effective QA on all consumer/ user facing work output
- Experience with warehouse move and building integrations from OMS to 3PL
- Experience with SAP migration and building the APIs from OMS to ERP
- Experience launching a flash sale/ drop ship model for our DTC stores
- Experience in business operations across order management, fulfilment, transportation and inventory management technologies/processes is preferred
- Experience with large CPG or other complex businesses and public company financial flows is preferred
- Experience in relevant technologies such as Shopify, SAP, Channel Advisor
