A large home healthcare company is looking to hire 2 remote IT supervisors to manage a team of 5+ helpdesk technicians. The team will sit fully remote and be providing technical support for a newly implemented Electronic Health Record (EHR) application. The supervisors will participate in a robust training program which will teach them how to use the application so they can confidently help support the helpdesk technicians through technical issues. The supervisors will provide oversight and direction to the team ensuring the team is fielding calls in a timely manner and resolving issues efficiently. In addition they will escalate any issues/concerns to management and provide feedback to leadership on how the team is performing.

1+ years of IT/helpdesk supervisor/leadership experience - mentoring a team of at least 5 technicians
3+ years of experience providing remote helpdesk support
Experience remoting into someone's computer
Experience working off a ticketing system
Experience communicating with leadership to communicate team metrics/performance
