Job Description

A large home healthcare company is looking to hire 2 remote helpdesk technicians to provide support for a newly implemented Electronic Health Record (EHR)application. Each candidate will participate in a robust training program teaching them how to use the application so they can confidently support every caller. This individual will work off JIRA fielding ticket requests as well as incoming calls from clinical, office and corporate staff to resolve issues. The helpdesk technician will have access to training material as well as how to guides to ensure they have documentation to refer to when they cannot immediately resolve the issue. In addition, everyone will be required to sign a code of ethics as well as HIPPA forms to be eligible to work on this project. Technicians will be working in Eastern standard time zone during one of the said shifts: 2:30pm-10:30pm EST or 10:30pm-6:30am EST.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience providing remote IT support

Experience remoting into someone's computer

Experience working off a ticketing system

Great phone presence

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous customer service experience

Experience providing IT support for a EMR/EHRR platform
