Insight Global's largest real estate customer is seeking a Varicent Implementation Architect to join their product and technology team. This team oversees all corporate applications and the ideal candidate must be passionate and experienced in application development, modernization, and maintenance. Specifically for this project, the implementation architect will be solely focused on the ramp up of Varicent for a variable incentive compensation tool which will support all real estate agents and sales people. Day to day responsibilities include creating code development plans, solutioning with engineers, translating issues from Varicent individuals, and providing implementation schedule overviews to leadership. This role will sit fully remote, 8am-5pm EST with a 1 hour lunch break for 6 months with the opportunity to be converted to a full time employee.

5-10 years' experience working as a developer, architect, or application specialist
Expertise working in the Varicent (formally IDM ICM) application
Within Varicent, expertise developing, migrating, modernizing, and upgrading the tool
Confidence in translating business requirements from Engineers to stakeholders
Energetic, "can-do" attitude with a passion for development
Ability to work 8am-5pm EST with a 1 hour lunch break
