Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Contract) to join our AI Foundational Services team and help build intelligent systems and platforms that power next-generation products. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with hands-on experience in AI integration, LLM orchestration, and cloud-native development using Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS. You'll play a key role in shaping scalable, intelligent services that drive innovation across our ecosystem.
You’ll contribute to projects involving:
• Conversational AI and virtual agents
• Vector-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Multi-agent orchestration and agentic flows
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
• LLM integration using AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI
• Embedding models and vector databases

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 + years of experience integrating LLMs and building AI-powered applications, alongside developing full-stack solutions using Node.js, MongoDB, Angular (or similar frameworks), and AWS/Azure.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile practices.
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of agentic workflows, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems.
• Exposure to AI observability, evaluation, or safety frameworks.
