Insight Global is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Developer to join one of our largest financial clients hybrid 3x/week in the Jersey City area. This person will be joining the Human Resources Technology Team which is in need of a senior level developer seasoned in the HR industry and familiar with HR technologies(Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage HCM, Peoplesoft). Currently operating with Oracle HCM, the team needs someone to lead the development of HCM applications, take in requirements, and develop strategic solutions. On a day-to-day this individual will develop highly custom extension to the Oracle HCM application, prepare configurations and test scripts for demos and training modules, test scenarios, and create custom applications and extensions within Oracle Visual Builder.

- 10+ years of experience within HR or with HR technologies
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Expert in SQL
- 5+ years of experience running/working with REST APIs
- Experience with OPA, OIC, or Oracle BI/OTBI
