Job Description
A banking customer of ours is seeking (2) high-caliber, Program Manager/Sr. Project Managers. One of the roles will be responsible for leading a mission critical wealth custody system conversion project (SEI). You will be the bridge between their high-touch Wealth Management business and internal and external delivery teams and vendors. The position is responsible for the planning and successful delivery of long-term complex technology implementations, specific to the business unit, while leading matrixed project team members that are each responsible for elements therein. This includes collaborating with other enterprise functions, building technology project governance structures and delivery plans to enable fulfillment of articulated business goals. This role is instrumental in driving and tracking project activities, schedule, scope, and budget, as well as negotiating changes in plans and effective communication with all stakeholders. Success of technology project outcomes will be measured by the degree with which the initiative was delivered within timeline expectations, budget and scope.
The other role will be responsible for covering and managing other important and high priority/2nd tier projects across the Wealth Management/Tech organization.

Required Skills & Experience
-Minimum of 7 years of experience managing highly complex technical projects involving large teams
-Minimum of 2 years technical program and/or portfolio manager experience
-Must have Banking/Financial Services or Wealth Management industry experience, specifically leading and delivering full lifecycle conversion, implementation, or upgrade projects from initiation to closure
-Demonstrated experience managing budgets in the several‑million‑dollar range
-Strong understanding of iterative Waterfall environments with the ability to operate effectively across both Waterfall and Agile (hybrid) delivery models and experience working with Clarity
-Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple technology teams and stakeholders
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and follow‑through skills
-Ability to quickly adapt to organizational governance and delivery standards
-Excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
-Well-developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information
Must be able to create highly complex MS Project plans, MS PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with SEI Custody Platform and upgrade projects/program
-PMP certification
