About the Role: Insight Global is seeking a Mid-Level React Developer to join one of our large financial clients in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and handle ambiguity, with strong conceptual and coding skills in React.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain front-end components using React 17+ and TypeScript.
Work on a greenfield application, developing new features and leading modules.
Collaborate with a large team (25 people) on an enterprise application.
Meet stringent timelines and high-priority regulatory requirements for the global financial crimes team.
Occasionally work late to address bugs and urgent issues.

Mid-level experience in React development.
Strong conceptual understanding and programming skills in React.
Ability to code independently without hand-holding.
Experience with React 17+ and TypeScript.
Resourceful and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Experience with other front-end libraries and frameworks (can be picked up on the job).
Previous experience in a financial or regulatory environment is a plus.
