Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our largest financial clients. This person will be joining the Business Advisory and Operational Support team, supporting the Market Data Technology group. This role goes far beyond managing timelines and due dates. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the project strategy, coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups, and actively resolving issues to maintain forward momentum. They will strategically lead the large organizational migration of knowledge sharing documentation across multiple lines of business over to one centralized resource in ServiceNow. Ideally, they will have advanced excel and PowerPoint skills for driving analytical insights, tracking progress, and maintaining transparency across program components that are established.

Upon joining the team, they will lead the discovery and documentation of business requirements across cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including milestones, resource needs, dependencies, and risks to coordinate transformation and migration of legacy knowledge documents into the unified ServiceNow platform. They will facilitate working sessions and issue resolution forums with technical, operational, and business support teams and will ensure alignment between platform capabilities (ServiceNow) and KM strategy through tight collaboration with internal owners. This role is supporting critical projects and requires direct involvement with stakeholders. They will be delivering clear, data-driven updates and presentations to internal sponsors and executive stakeholders throughout the project tenure.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of project management experience leading large-scale knowledge management or document transformation projects
Experience with shaping the strategy/coordination/direction of large-scale projects, not just the execution of existing projects and initiatives
Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise knowledge base structures
Advanced Excel experience: Strong command of formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data models, and dashboard creation.
Proficient in PowerPoint: Ability to build clear, compelling executive presentations that distill complex data into actionable narratives to High-Level executives
Skilled in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous financial enterprise experience (highly preferred former Bank of America expereince)
- Bachelors degree
