We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement or Real Estate industry professional to join our team, primarily supporting the US and Canada regions with oversight of LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in (indirect) procurement and/or professional services, preferably with experience in the facility management or Real Estate/construction industry. This may include roles in commercial expertise on the sales/account management side or experience as a real estate or facility management sourcer. This role requires excellent change management skills and the ability to manage challenging stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment and effective utilization of procurement processes and systems within the Americas region, focusing on key countries such as US and Canada.
Generate impact and commercial value through partnering with stakeholders to support business priorities using category strategies, programs and processes.
As a result, develop localized procurement strategies and savings initiatives that align with broader global objectives. The savings initiatives will be executed by the colleagues in the global Procurement organization, but we also expect the business partner to source specifically Real Estate or Facility Management projects.
Manage risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, local laws and ethical standards.
Leads change linked to digital transformation, including deployment of procurement platforms such as Apadua, Marketplace solutions including Amazon, or Archlet.

Significant experience in procurement, sourcing, or the professional services industry, with a specialty in facility management or construction.
Strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to handle challenging interactions with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to run sourcing events in different indirect categories even if spend might sometimes be smaller to support stakeholders. Special focus on Real Estate and Facility Management.
Strong sense of result orientation and highly structured person.
Ability and willingness to travel within the US, Canada, and to LATAM as needed.
Spanish or Portuguese language skills (any level of fluency is a plus)
