Job Description
For $73.68/hour, this role is responsible for delivering and maintaining a secure, highly available middleware and virtual desktop infrastructure supporting large‑scale enterprise platforms. The engineer owns end‑to‑end administration and engineering activities, ensuring production stability through proactive remediation, patching, upgrades, and risk mitigation. Day to day, the role partners closely with application and testing teams to provide architectural guidance, performance tuning, and L3 production support across complex Citrix and virtualized environments. The engineer also designs and maintains deployment templates, enforces platform standards, and executes precise production changes tied to integrated and regulatory releases, while providing technical consultation across teams and vendors throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in virtualization and EUC (End User Computing) engineering architecting and supporting Citrix environments with ~40,000 concurrent users
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies like Omnissa
- Extensive experience supporting large enterprise environments (100,000+ endpoints)
- Deep understanding of:
○ Platform performance analysis and telemetry
○ L3 production support, troubleshooting, and incident triage
- Experience with Citrix policy engine
- Working knowledge of F5 Gateway / APM configuration
PowerCLI experience for VM and infrastructure management (scripting strongly preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- HUGE PLUS; Omnissa experience
- Experience in regulated banking or financial services environments
