Insight Global is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Data Management Technology team at one of our top financial services clients located in Jersey City, NJ. This role will focus on vulnerability remediation, infrastructure environment support, and enabling secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines. Day-to-Day will include:
-Drive vulnerability remediation by identifying issues and coordinating patching across infrastructure, middleware, and database teams
-Support environment setup and maintenance (Dev–Prod), including upgrades, installs, and troubleshooting
-Enhance and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, supporting secure builds and deployments
-Manage access and environment security controls (IAM, least privilege)
Resolve production/environment issues impacting application teams
Maintain clear documentation to ensure scalable support and operational continuity

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
-Strong experience with vulnerability remediation/management across Linux and Windows environments
-Hands-on infrastructure & server management (environment setup, upgrades, troubleshooting)
-Experience building/supporting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git)
-Proficiency in Linux, Python, and SQL/relational databases
-Understanding of IAM and security best practices
-Experience supporting Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environments and coordinating patching across teams
-Experience with container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Exposure to AI/agent-based environments
-Familiarity with Jira administration/upgrades or front-end tools (Angular)
-Prior production support experience in complex environments
