Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Associate Sales Executive for on of our clients in the premium finance solutions industry. This role will be remote but require travel around the Philadelphia and New Jersey area.

We are looking for someone who will help nurture profitable program entity relationships such that customers value our clients premium finance services as they achieve superior, sustainable financial returns. The Associate Sales Executive will be responsible for retaining relationships in the New Jersey, Southern Pennsylvania region for the purpose of maintaining existing business and growing new and organic business. The person serving in this role will build and grow strong relationships through personal calls as well as contacts established at trade shows and through other insurance related organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with agencies/brokerages located in your assigned territory.
Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers using our clients Sales process and Salesforce.
Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to your portfolio of active customers.
Establish new contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of sales experience or desire to be in sales
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- Comfortable prospecting and cold calling
- Competitive and money-motivated

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance
- Experience using Salesforce
