Job Description
Execute patient experience, fulfillment, and adherence initiatives to support the end-to-end patient journey for NS Product patients.
Enhance and maintain the NS Product withMe message library and patient-facing resources.
Manage NS Product withMe resource operations, including iMR submissions, supply management, and print fulfillment.
Monitor and respond to field support inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution and stakeholder follow-up.
Develop and manage field communications, including newsletters and awareness campaigns (e.g., "Did You Know" communications).
Build and maintain field reporting processes, including savings card, voucher utilization, and program performance reporting.
Deliver monthly new hire training and support ongoing field education initiatives.
Partner across brand marketing, market access, patient solutions, and field teams to implement patient experience strategies.
Provide ongoing support to the Neuroscience/Schizophrenia brand team and key patient support program stakeholders.
Help drive awareness, confidence, and utilization of NS Product withMe programs to improve patient start and stay rates on therapy.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, patient experience, or marketing support within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with brand marketing, market access, field teams, vendors, and patient support organizations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large groups and training stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience building/interpreting reports.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Self-starter who can work independently, solve problems, and appropriately escalate issues when needed.
Ability to support resource management, process execution, communications, reporting, and field engagement initiatives.
