Job Description

You will be part of a Data & AI organization that builds enterprise‑grade AI solutions to improve operations, risk management, and customer experience. The team includes data scientists, engineers, analysts, and product leaders working together to design, test, and scale state‑of‑the‑art AI capabilities.
As a Senior Data Scientist, Agentic AI, you will be a hands‑on individual contributor with deep expertise in AI/ML and a proven ability to translate cutting‑edge research into production solutions. The focus of this role is building, deploying, and scaling agentic AI systems, large language models, and intelligent automation in high‑impact business areas. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders on strategic, high‑visibility initiatives.
Responsibilities

Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate complex workflows, enhance decision‑making, and improve customer and employee experiences.
Operationalize large language models and generative AI to process unstructured data such as contracts, claims, medical records, and customer interactions.
Build autonomous agents and multi‑step reasoning systems integrated with core enterprise platforms.
Partner with data engineering and AIOps teams to ensure models are production‑ready, scalable, secure, and reliable.
Translate advances in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and reasoning into practical solutions for underwriting, claims automation, customer service, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business leaders to define use cases, design solutions, and measure business value.
Establish repeatable frameworks for developing, testing, and deploying agentic AI solutions.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to standardized AI/ML best practices, tools, and frameworks across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience leading hands-on AI Modeling & Development across largescale enterprise
Extensive experience with programming skills in Python specifically PyTorch, Tensorflow and LangGraph
Strong background in machine learning algorithms, optimization and statistical modeling
Master's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field
Hybrid on-site 3x weekly
