The Project Manager will be managing the internal transfer of a manufacturing and repair business within the U.S. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This person will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project, and prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. The successful candidate will work directly with all operations disciplines to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project plan workstream are comprehensively documented.
This position can be fully remote within the U.S with required travel to the transfer and target site required anticipated travel requirement no greater than 25%. Additional responsibilities include:
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the transfer.
· Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Ensure resource availability and allocation.
· Develop a detailed project plan, including RACI, to monitor and track progress.
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
· Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
· Report and escalate to management as needed.
· Manage relationships with all workstream owners.
· Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
· Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
· Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with executive management as well as other staff members.
· Use and continually develop leadership skills.
· Identify critical path hurdles and a quick solution with the team.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
· Formal project management certificate required. (Project Management Professional (PMP)).
· Experience with capacity reporting
· Experience with build out or expansion of a manufacturing floor/operations
· Previous experience in transferring products and/or manufacturing processes.
· Excellent written and communication skills addressing all levels of management..
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and /or Smartsheet.
· Experience with project management software tools.
· Bachelors degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience.
