Job Description
Insight Global's retail client is seeking an end-to-end social campaign leader. The Senior Manager will translate holiday business goals into a full-funnel social strategy across owned, paid, earned, and creator channels, and oversee execution at scale. This person partners closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver culturally relevant, performance-driven social campaigns, using insights and trends to inform planning and real-time optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
7+ years of experience in social media, content, or brand marketing
Proven success leading large, culturally relevant social campaigns
Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and creative strategy
Experience owning campaigns end-to-end, from planning through performance optimization
Strong communicator able to influence cross-functional teams and agencies
