This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with advanced analytics tools like Python and SQL to build predictive models and uncover consumer behavior trends, while also being able to interpret media performance drivers, attribution results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. They should be adept at connecting analytical outputs to broader business impact, client use cases, and optimization strategies. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as a bridge between data science and business teams, helping to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform marketing decisions.

23 years of relevant analytical experience, in media, marketing analytics, or consumer insights (agency, brand, publisher, or research side)
Understanding of media reporting types and campaign performance metrics
Strong Python skills for data manipulation, modeling, and exploratory analysis
Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and optimizing data workflows
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent cloud environments
Expertise in dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and presentation skills to bridge technical insights with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to identify insights, deep dive into data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Experience with retail media platforms (e.g., Lowes, Best Buy, Amazon, Petco, Meta)
Familiarity with marketing science and analytics methodologies
Exposure to social media marketing with a technical lens
