Job Description
We are seeking a Digital FI Innovation Analyst (Anaplan-focused) to join our client's Digital Finance Innovation (FACT) team. This role supports finance transformation initiatives by leveraging Anaplan to improve planning, forecasting, and resource management processes across Controlling, FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting.
This is not a developer role. The ideal candidate understands finance processes and uses Anaplan and related tools to solve real business problems.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, FP&A, or Finance Technology
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan in a business or finance setting
- Functional knowledge in one or more FACT domains:
○ Controlling
○ Financial Planning & Analysis
○ Treasury
○ Accounting
-Experience working directly with business stakeholders
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
-Strong analytical mindset and business curiosity
Key Responsibilities
-Support financial planning, forecasting, and resource planning initiatives using Anaplan
- Partner with Finance stakeholders (Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Accounting) to gather and translate business requirements
-Assist in building, enhancing, and maintaining Anaplan models and planning solutions
- Support automation and improvement of planning and reporting processes
-Help analyze financial scenarios and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Participate in digital finance and innovation projects alongside senior specialists
-Assist with user support, testing, documentation, and adoption of Anaplan solutions

- Exposure to SAP (SAP BW, SAP S/4)
- Experience supporting global or regional finance teams
-Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
