Job Description
On a daily basis, you’ll own QA execution for ongoing releases and enhancements, spending the majority of your time performing manual regression testing to validate system stability. You’ll maintain and reuse existing automated test scripts, and build new automation from scratch for new features as needed. You’ll also execute performance tests using JMeter, analyze results, and flag risks. The role involves reviewing requirements and designs for testability, creating risk based test cases, logging and validating defects, and partnering closely with product and engineering teams to support release readiness and quality decisions.
70% Manual regression testing

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing
• Strong background in manual regression testing
• Hands on experience with test automation, including maintaining existing scripts
• Ability to create new automated test scripts from scratch for enhancements
• Performance testing experience using JMeter
• Solid understanding of QA best practices, SDLC/STLC, and defect lifecycle
• Experience testing complex applications or integrations
• Clear defect documentation and test reporting skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Postman, or SQL for validation
• Experience in Agile environments
• Exposure to test metrics, reporting, or QA governance standards
