Job Description
A Kinaxis Functional Consultant specializing in SAP integration bridges the gap between ERP landscapes (like SAP ECC or S/4HANA) and the Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) planning environment. They translate complex supply chain business requirements into scalable, end-to-end integration and planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & ETL: Map data flows, define integration strategies, and build pipelines to ensure seamless, real-time data movement between SAP and Kinaxis.
Functional Configuration: Author and configure Kinaxis components (workbooks, alerts, hierarchies, and automation chains) to reflect the planning logic originating in SAP.
Master Data Management: Oversee the mapping, loading, and transformation of critical supply chain data (BOMs, routings, inventory, and capacity) between systems.
Testing & Deployment: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live hypercare.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) advising business users on supply chain best practices and how planning workflows interact with ERP transactions.

Required Skills & Experience
Domain Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP supply chain modules (SAP APO, ECC, or S/4HANA), specifically how data models and constraints impact planning.
Integration Technologies: Proficiency with integration suites, REST-based APIs, and ETL tools (e.g., Talend).
Supply Chain Processes: Deep functional knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
Certifications: Preferred credentials include Kinaxis Maestro (Integration/Author) or Talend Certified Developer.
