Job Description
One of Insight Global's largest health system clients of Southern New Jersey is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their PMO. This person will be directly involved in an enterprise-wide project to replace their current IDG system, which has been in place for years leading up to this point. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting health system/hospital/healthcare related projects, and will have prior experience directly supporting IDG-related projects (ex/ Okta, Sailpoint, Microsoft Entra, etc.). The project manager will see the project through from end-to-end, including the planning phase, the go-live and continued implementation, and support for the enterprise during the continuation of the roll-out. The ideal candidate will have prior experience building relationships with and consulting with a multitude of different stakeholders from different backgrounds, including IT teams, clinicians, and executive leadership. This is a remote role, but the candidate needs to be comfortable coming onsite as needed to South Jersey to support go-lives, complete whiteboarding sessions with leadership, etc. These will be planned visits.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years working as a Project Manager within highly regulated environments
Experience leading and executing on enterprise-wide initiatives that touch multiple stakeholders of different backgrounds
Expertise in the Waterfall methodology
Thorough knowledge and expertise of Security/Infrastructure projects related to IDG (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or additional platforms)
Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate project goals and process across executives, clinicians, and IT professionals
Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to make time-sensitive decisions and to create meaningful plan to execute on goals
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP certification
Previous experience as a Project Manager within a health system or hospital environment
