Job Description

The Generalized Utility Project Manager will lead and execute a wide range of initiatives across a hospital system. This role requires a seasoned healthcare project manager with experience delivering multiple types of enterprise-level healthcare projects within a mature PMO environment. The ideal candidate is a strong, process-driven PM rather than a deep technical SME, and is comfortable operating within structured, Waterfall-based project environments.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of project management experience within a hospital or health system
Demonstrated experience managing a variety of healthcare projects (clinical, operational, or IT)
Strong healthcare project management background (hospital system experience required)
Experience working within a mature PMO environment
Proven experience using Waterfall project management methodology
Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills
Ability to operate as a generalist PM rather than a subject-matter expert
Ability to come onsite as needed to Marlton, NJ (3-4 times per year)

PMP certification
