Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager leads complex, cross‑functional technology and digital initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment combining Agile and plan‑driven methodologies. Operating within a matrixed organization, this role drives execution of strategic priorities by bringing structure, alignment, and operational rigor across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs from discovery through launch
Build and manage integrated delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, adapting delivery approach as needs evolve
Maintain accurate project tracking, dashboards, and documentation across standard project management tools
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and operations teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business goals
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions to support predictable delivery
Drive alignment and transparency through clear communication, documentation, and regular reporting

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience managing large‑scale technology or digital projects
5+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional teams
Proven ability to establish and operate project management processes in dynamic environments
Strong proficiency with common project tracking and collaboration tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated success influencing and delivering within a matrixed organization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in digital media, publishing, interactive media, or subscription‑based products
Strong technical fluency with experience working alongside engineering teams
Familiarity with content management systems and APIs
Experience delivering products that support audience or community engagement
