Insight Global is looking for a Process Documentation consultant for our Media client in New Jersey. This person will work directly with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Systems to create road map design on how to upgrade 17 BPC solutions to SAP Cloud Analytics. This person will have access to technical experts to fill in the domain/solutions gaps to help fill in. This person will help create document key technology processes and render them in a workflow (Visio or PowerPoint) that can be understood by a wide range of people.
The first process will help to document the roadmap for the client will be migrating from SAP BPC to SAP Analytics Cloud for each of their 17 BPC solutions. To do this effectively they will need to:
Understand the technical challenges of the migration (changes in our codeblock in addition to our technology)
Understand the cost implications of migrating sooner vs. later
Capture business readiness to migrate, resistance to change and ability to standardize processes (leading to reducing the total number of solutions in our future state SAC landscape)
Understanding the FP&A implications of any people or process changes
There are more areas that will eventually need to document as well on this project (Master Data Governance process specifically with the customers new Codeblock and FP&A, communicating a governance process around a self-service SAC landscape, etc.)

- Extensive experience road mapping, white boarding, and designing financial planning systems and upgrades
- Experience upgrading SAP BPC to SAP Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge around technical challenges of migration projects (changes in our codeblock in addition to our technology)
- Understanding the FP&A implications of any people or process changes
- Ability to create Visio or PowerPoint to design workflows and visuals
- Solid understanding FP&A, SAP technology, Multi-Dimensionality / Star Schema Technology, Finance Transformation, Data Mapping, etc.
