We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Lead with deep technical and functional expertise to drive the configuration and integration of SAP Finance modules. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment and brings expert-level configuration experience across Finance, Billing, and Procurement, along with a strong understanding of SAP integration points across modules like MM, SD, and HR.
The SAP FICO Lead will be responsible for ensuring the SAP system supports critical business priorities, including payroll execution by January 1 and seamless month- and quarter-end financial closings. This individual will collaborate closely with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver robust solutions aligned with operational goals.
A key part of the role involves managing a third-party SAP technical support vendor, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while maintaining alignment with the roadmap. The SAP FICO Lead will also support and troubleshoot financial close processes, maintain system stability, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, they will drive documentation, testing, and training efforts, and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate functional needs into effective system solutions.

10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) in a lead or senior consultant role
Expert-level configuration experience in SAP FI/CO, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
Strong integration experience with Billing, Procurement, and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, HR
Proven ability to lead SAP Finance initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions
Experience managing third-party vendors or system integrators
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment
