Job Description

A client in the NYC metro area is seeking a Marketing Manager for a direct hire opportunity. We are looking for an outcome-oriented digital marketer to support crucial paid marketing projects across our entire growth portfolio. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience launching and optimizing performance
marketing campaigns, has a strong eye for visual and written creative, and always has new ideas to test to drive business impact.

This role involves partnering with marketing agencies and other internal stakeholders across multiple functions;
therefore, communications is key.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of working on marketing campaigns in channels such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and beyond
- Background in marketing project management and/or content operations
- Experience in B2B marketing with focus on both IT solution and brand marketing and strategy planning
preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across geographies
- An analytical mind that is experienced with data and can operate autonomously to make decisions with
incomplete data
- Strong communication skills to address complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner to senior leadership,
influencing decision-making and strategic decision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bilingual in Korean or Spanish
