Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT SOX Compliance Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will help ensure that internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) are designed and operating effectively in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. You will partner with IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors to support the annual SOX program, with a focus on enterprise applications and key business systems.

Required Skills & Experience

24 years of experience in IT audit, IT SOX compliance, or related field, preferably in a publicly traded company or Big 4/public accounting.
Solid understanding of SOX, IT General Controls, and application-level controls.
Familiarity with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.
Knowledge of control frameworks such as COSO and COBIT.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA, CPA) are a plus.
