Job Description

A client in the Englewood Cliffs NJ area is seeking a HR Manager for a full-time opportunity. This key role involves actively participating in the day-to-day human
resources functions, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s HR initiatives. This role reports directly to HR Team Director, This person will help provide comprehensive Human Resources support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, data management, HRIS maintenance, and reporting. Oversee the implementation and consistent application of human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance across all departments. Prepare and present detailed reports on hiring status, recruitment metrics, and key insights for leadership review. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Manage campus recruitment initiatives by fostering partnerships with local universities, community organizations, and headquarters. Deliver operational support in areas such as compensation, payroll, employee development programs, and performance management processes. Collaborate with HR team members on matters related to employee relations, compensation, payroll, and performance management. Monitor and address workplace trends and areas requiring improvement to enhance employee engagement and retention. Actively support company-wide events and employee engagement initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
7-10 years of human resources management experience.
Proven experience working closely with HR leaders and contributing to the operational success of the HR function.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment, compensation, benefits, human resources planning, and HRIS.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Bilingual (English/Korean) Must be able to read and write in Korean and English
