We are looking for an experienced Genetec System Administrator to manage and support Genetec Unified Systems, ensuring seamless operations across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience administering Genetec systems (v5.11+), overseeing user permissions, access management, and system audits. This role involves close collaboration with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), acting as a backup to ensure system stability and continuity.
In addition to technical maintenance and troubleshooting, the administrator will provide knowledge transfers and application training for new users, develop end-user documentation, and oversee the ticket demand process for timely issue resolution. Expertise in API integrations, SQL querying, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly desirable. Experience with facilities management systems is a plus.
