Job Description

This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects and programs across the organization. The individual will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business priorities into actionable project plans, track progress against milestones and success metrics, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. The role is responsible for maintaining visibility into project status through reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready updates, while also identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills are essential to drive follow-through and support effective decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in a project management role
Proven ability to support multiple strategic projects simultaneously, including building project plans, managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and monitoring risks
Experience coordinating across departments, facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and providing clear status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Strong skills in preparing project updates, executive summaries, dashboards, and maintaining clear, organized project documentation to drive visibility and accountability
Ability to analyze project performance, track success metrics, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend workflow or process improvements aligned to business outcomes

Previous experience supporting SAP Projects
