Job Description

Day-to-Day: Insight Global is seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst to support its product returns organization with one of our Electronic appliance Companies based out of New Jersey. This role focuses on analyzing returned devices, identifying return trends, and helping the business understand why products are being sent back. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, curious, and excited to work with data in a fast-paced tech environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking) to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Korea.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week.
• Strong analytical skills
• Interest in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous internship/co-op in a data, supply chain, logistics, or quality role.
• Experience working with return/defect tracking systems or warranty data.
• Familiarity with R, Python, or additional data tools.
• Understanding of electronics products (mobile, consumer devices, semiconductors, etc.).
Experience working in a global or bilingual workplace.
