The Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across all facility operations. This role plays a critical part in risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and advancing the companys environmental stewardship initiatives.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and compliance audits.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
Lead environmental initiatives including waste management, air quality monitoring, and water conservation.
Drive pollution prevention and resource conservation efforts aligned with organizational sustainability goals.
Investigate and document workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Deliver HSE training and orientation for employees, contractors, and site personnel.
Foster a strong safety culture through consistent communication, training, and engagement.
Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation and reporting systems.
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and evolving regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement.
Recommend and implement best practices to enhance health, safety, and environmental performance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary Expectation: $115,000-125,000

Bachelors degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field (required).
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HSE management experience in a facility, industrial, or operations-focused environment.
Strong working knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with HSE management systems and reporting tools.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift boxes and packages up to 60 pounds.
Capability to bend, squat, stretch, and perform other physical activities as needed.
Must be able to climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times daily.
Comfortable standing for extended periods during site inspections or training sessions.
