Program Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to lead their IOP programs services line across the state for their offices in Piscataway, Edison, South Brunswick, Newark, and Cherry Hill. They will be sitting in the Edison office but expected to travel to the other sites (Newark, Cherry Hill, Edison, South Brunswick) when needed or at least once a month. They will be overseeing clinicians within the IOP programs, but also other supervisors/managers within the program. This individual will be leading the IOP programs service lines across the state, so they are looking for a personality to engage internal and external providers, budgeting skills, program development skills, computer skills, etc. They will also be reviewing and analyzing data from the EMR (EPIC) to then use that data to review trends and track program goals. We need someone who is able to work independently and lead this large program for one of our higher education clients.

Must-haves
-5+ years of post graduate experience in a Behavioral Health setting
-2+ years of supervisory experience
Masters Degree in mental health related field
-Must have LCSW or LPC
-Certified Clinical Supervisor (can supervise other clinicians for their clinical hours)
-Experience with program development, budgeting skills, use data to track program goals, leadership/team building skills, etc.
