Job Description
This clinician will support a primarily virtual OCD-focused treatment program, facilitating three weekly group sessions (3 hours each) and one individual session per client, serving individuals across the state. The role focuses heavily on skill-building and exposure-based therapy, helping clients safely engage with and manage OCD triggers while addressing multiple co‑occurring or sub‑diagnoses as appropriate. The clinician will work closely within a multidisciplinary team, actively leveraging shared resources and clinical support to deliver high-quality care. This position requires flexibility, adaptability to program changes, and comfort working with diverse, acute, and marginalized populations. The ideal candidate is self‑aware, collaborative, open to learning and professional growth, and able to function effectively in a partially hybrid environment as the program evolves.

Required Skills & Experience
· 2+ years’ experience postgrad in any mental health related field
· Master’s degree in related mental health field
· Licensed in NJ (LCSW or LPC)
2 + years OCD experience
