Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Epic Hosting Migration Project Manager for a leading healthcare client. This individual will serve as the primary owner of a large-scale Epic hosting migration initiative, ensuring both internal teams and EPIC as the external partner remain aligned and accountable throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of infrastructure expertise and project management leadership, with direct experience supporting Epic Hosting migrations or migrating Epic environments to a public cloud platform. This person will drive timelines, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a successful migration while maintaining strong communication with leadership and key project partners.

Required Skills & Experience
Epic Hosting migration experience
If no Epic Hosting experience, hands-on experience migrating Epic to a public cloud environment
Strong Infrastructure Project Management background
Deep understanding of Epic infrastructure and hosting environments
Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure migration projects
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
Experience holding multiple vendors and implementation partners accountable
Strong IT infrastructure expertise with the ability to drive project execution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Direct Epic Hosting migration experience
Epic public cloud migration experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Healthcare industry experience
Experience working with Epic Systems and third-party hosting providers
Enterprise infrastructure modernization experience
